Problem with a listed casino
This site does not operate any of the casinos and cannot release a withdrawal, reopen an account or change a decision made by the operator. The first step is the casino's own support and complaints procedure, with screenshots and ticket numbers saved.
A report sent here is still read. It should name the casino and give the dates, amounts and ticket numbers involved. Reports that match other complaints are checked against the listing and can lead to a casino being re-rated or removed.
Before writing
The form should not be used to send passwords, full card numbers or identity documents. Those are never needed to check a report.
